You can rest assured that you may return the products within 30 days of the date in which you received your order. Consumer pays for the shipping costs of the return. 

Returns can only be accepted with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

For international returns outside of Norway, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.


To return the items, you'll need your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email (e.g. #1356) and the email you used to order the items.

To create a return or exchange, please visit and follow the step by step guide within the portal. It's that easy! Once your return or exchange has been created, you can ship the items you wish to return to us.

Alternatively, you may also fill in the return form your received in your order confirmation email and email it to us for returns purposes at 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. This process can take 1-5 business days.
When your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

We will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange.
If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
